SUPPORTING OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY
AQUATIC CENTRE PROJECT – CREATING A HEALTHIER FUTURE
Swimming and water safety are an important part of a child’s education and have wider health and social benefits beyond water safety. School based aquatic activity should be conducted in a safe environment to minimise risks and increase the joy of learning.
All proceeds from the day will be donated to St Andrew’s Anglican College Aquatic Fund.
All members of our community, including parents and past students will be able to use the pool when available.
Swimming is a great way to teach our kids motivation and how to strive for more.
As soon as we reach our fundraising target we can put the final planning process in place with the hope to be enjoying the facility in 2019.
The primary target is to raise $1M in community gifts which will ensure that construction of our centre can commence this year!
