About Dr. Jono Wong
Dr Jono’s fascination and curiosity with the human body stems from his high school years when he was heavily involved with gymnastics, skateboarding and snowboarding. Always getting injured and pieced back together again made Jono realise his curiosity was worth turning into a career.
Over the last 15 years of practice as a diversified chiropractor, Jono enjoys both adjusting the spine to optimise the nervous system, while working on the musculoskeletal system, through active muscle release techniques like stretching, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation. He has realised over this time that health is both simple in theory but complicated in practice as humans are complex beings.
His goal is to piece together each puzzle and help all those that seek a healthier and more functional body. Pain management is only the beginning. Helping someone get healthier is the ultimate goal.
Through time and working on consistent positive growth, Jono believes that everyone can have less pain, sleep better and have more energy to enjoy their healthy, functioning body!
Most of Jono’s spare time is spent with his wife, daughter, dogs, cats and horses. When he has the chance to exercise, he skateboards and renovates his house.
