Peregian Springs Park Crawl

Dr. Andrew TimbsPurity Chiropractic, Peregian Springs

Most people go on Pub Crawls but for us, it’s a Park Crawl. This is a great walk with plenty of exercises and keeps the little man happy because there are plenty of stops along the way.

We start from our house and the first stop is what we call the Frog Park. Its a park tucked up behind the trees and most of the time its very quiet and we are the only ones there.

From the Frog park, we walk down The Avenue until we get to the Duck Pond Park. This park is often much busier. We often take our bikes here as the boys love to ride around the pond.

From here we walk down the road to our drinks break at Pots and Pans. We stop for a coffee 🙂

Then from here starts the longest walking leg. Past Peregian Springs Golf course, around and past Peregian Springs Shopping Center and around to Brindabella Park. This park again is tucked behind trees and is often quite quiet. It even had some exercise equipment.

From here it’s a short walk up the road to home. It’s a great 7.27km walk and a lot of fun.
